All services provided by C3 Techwave are non-assurance, non-certification services.

We do not act as auditors, certification bodies, or regulators, and we do not provide audit opinions, assurance statements, or guarantees of outcomes.

Our work is limited to independent analysis and reporting based on evidence made available at the time of review.

Business-to-Business Context

Our services are provided exclusively on a business-to-business basis. While our work does not focus on individuals, limited personal data may be processed incidentally, such as contact details or personal data contained within materials provided for assessment. Any such processing is strictly limited to the agreed scope of work and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Snapshot-in-Time Basis

All assessments, analysis, and reports represent a snapshot in time.

They do not:

• imply ongoing responsibility
• Any reliance on work beyond the assessment date requires a new engagement.

4. No Guarantees or Outcomes

C3 Techwave does not guarantee:

• certification or audit success
• regulatory approval
• compliance outcomes
• absence of future findings or issues
• Decisions taken following our work remain the responsibility of the organisation.

5. Separation of Roles

We deliberately maintain separation between:

1. readiness and advisory work
2. delivery or implementation
3. independent assurance and certification
4. This separation avoids conflicts of interest and aligns with recognised good practice in governance and assurance.

6. No Representation or Advocacy

Unless expressly agreed in writing, C3 Techwave does not:

• act on behalf of clients with auditors, certification bodies, regulators, or third parties
• submit materials to external bodies
• provide explanations or responses during audits or regulatory engagement
• Our role is limited to the production of agreed outputs.

7. Use of Reports and Outputs

Reports and analysis are provided for internal use to support understanding and decision-making.

They do not constitute:

1. statements of compliance
2. assurance opinions
3. legal advice
4. certification readiness guarantees
5. Reports may not be relied upon by third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C3 Techwave excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from:

1. reliance on information beyond its stated scope or date
2. changes occurring after the assessment period
3. incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
4. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

9. Intellectual Property

All reports, materials, software and content produced by C3 Techwave remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a licence to use outputs for their internal business purposes only.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Although our services are provided on a business-to-business basis, we may process limited personal data incidentally as part of delivering agreed services.

11. Governing Law

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with our services or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
